Genesis Property Development developed and managed the site acquisition and reconstruction of the former Fort Harrison Military Administration Building originally built between 1905-1907. The original building was in active service as a jail facility until the military base closed in 1996. After the base closed the property was purchased by Daseke Insurance and they operated their business until 2019 when ownership retired. Context Design studios then purchased the facility as their new Headquarters.
