Genesis Property Development developed and managed the construction of Parking Garage in Shelbyville, IN. The project was complete and open to the public in 2020. As a catalyst to the development within the downtown public square redevelopment the parking garage was built to provide the community with additional parking space, as well as, to provide opportunity for upper story residential development within the downtown. The parking garage also provided direct access for the community to access the Public Square & Public Restrooms.
