Genesis Property Development developed and managed the construction of Endress Hauser's Gulf Coast Regional Center. Located in Pearland, TX the construction was completed in 2021. The 120,000 SF facility included a designed emphasis on Regional Texas Architecture, as well as, included responsiveness to local climate, use of authentic interior/exterior materials, and followed stipulations set forth by the USBC Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design ("LEED Silver"). 

The campus included areas for calibration, repair, training, and a brand new state-of-the-art Process Training unit. Furthermore, the campus was built with a 2-story office (approx. 110 employees), event center, and warehouse.
